FAQDo you require a prescription?

Yes. If you choose an RX medication, we will ask you to send us a valid prescription from a licensed doctor. You can upload it online. See more details on “How to Order” page.

What are your shipping fees?

The shipping fee may vary depending on your location, the chosen shipping method, and the medications you order. To find out your shipping fee, please add the necessary items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Do you ship drugs all over the globe?

Yes, My Canadian Pharmacy is an international online store. We ship medications to most countries. Please contact our Customer Care Department to find out the available delivery options for your destination.

How do you send orders?

We value your privacy and understand that sometimes you want to stay confidential when buying medications online. That’s why all our orders are sent in discreet looking packages without any inscriptions on it. So do not worry, nobody will know what is inside of the package.

What if the package is lost/damaged or some items are missing?

Such cases are extremely rare but if this happens for any reason, please contact In this case you are to contact our Customer Care Department and notify of the problem. We will either offer you a full refund or resend your drugs. Please note that if you order 100 pills or even more, they will be sent in several packages.

Will I have to pay if you reship the parcel?

No. We will reship your order for free. No additional charges will apply.

Can my order be delayed at customs?

Such cases are extremely rare but if this happens for any reason, you’ll be informed. The recipient is sometimes asked to come and let the customs officer examine the parcel. After that, you should receive your medications. If you have any problems with customs, please let us know and we will try to settle down the issue.

What if I haven’t received my order in time?

Use your tracking code to check the current status of your order, if you have chosen the express delivery option. If you’ve opted for standard AirMail delivery then it could take up to 30 days for your parcel to be delivered. If the parcel does not arrive within this term, please contact your local postal office. If they confirm that they do not have your parcel, we will reship the medications for free. We always do our best to solve all problems as soon as possible.

What shipping options do you offer?

We currently offer 2 shipping methods: Trackable Courier Service (5-9 days) and Airmail service (14-21 days). Packages sent via Trackable Courier Service can be tracked and will take a maximum of 14 days to arrive. Packages sent via Airmail service can NOT be tracked and will take a maximum of 30 days to arrive.

How can I order from you?

To make an order via occupyhealthcare.net, you should choose the drugs you would like to order and click “Buy now”. Then choose the dosage and amount of pills you need and click “Checkout”. Fill out the empty fields and click “Submit transaction”. If your order is accepted, we will notify you on the screen and you will receive a confirmation message to your e-mail address.

When will my credit card be charged?

As soon as you submit your order and the information is checked, your credit card is charged. As soon as we receive the payment, we approve your order and start process it.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes. You can either contact our Customer Care Department or check the status of your order online on your website.

What payments do you accept?

My Canadian Pharmacy currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club, Discover and E-Checks.

Do you have the money back guarantee?

If your order is not delivered in time, we guarantee to return the money.
